Visual Lead — Sportsmen's Lodge

About the Role

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through visual merchandising, working closely with the Operations & Visual Manager.

What You'll Do

Visual Leader

• Manage execution of key operational functions: shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising per directive
• Plan Visual floor changes with the management team
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels

Business Leader

• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
• Demonstrate business acumen and move dynamically on the retail floor

People Leader

• Lead by example in daily operations and guest experience
• Provide coaching and direction to Associates
• Drive individual growth and improvement through performance tools

Business Partner

• Collaborate with Operations Lead and Sales & Service Lead for cross-functional execution
• Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Schedule

Full-time, 32–40 hrs/week. Open availability required. Must be available during Blackout period (Thanksgiving week through first week of January).

Pay & Benefits
