Sales Associate (Part-Time) — Westfield Topanga

About the Role

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience & Brand Mission standard through genuine connection, product education, and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships and educate guests on ALO product and culture
• Assist in processing shipment, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Maintain front and back of house procedures per company policy
• Keep the store clean, safe, and running efficiently

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift
• Self-motivated, team-oriented

Schedule

Part-time: up to 30 hrs/week, minimum 4-hour shifts. Must be available during Blackout period (Thanksgiving week through first week of January).

Pay & Benefits

$18.42–$20.00/hr (Canoga Park, CA), plus Monthly Store Incentive bonus. Benefits: employee discount, ALO Wellness Club membership, 401(k) (FT), clothing allowance, free yoga classes.
