Sales Associate (Part-Time) — Americana at Brand

About the Role

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience & Brand Mission standard. This individual creates authentic, organic experiences of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships and educate guests on ALO product, community, and culture
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café)
• Assist in processing shipment, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Move constantly throughout the store, keeping it clean, safe, and running efficiently

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift
• Self-motivated, team-oriented

Schedule

Part-time: up to 30 hrs/week, minimum 4-hour shifts. Must be available during Blackout period (Thanksgiving week through first week of January).

Pay & Benefits
