Sales Associate (Full-Time) — Westfield Topanga

About the Role

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience & Brand Mission standard. This individual creates authentic, organic experiences of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily through personalized service
• Educate guests and staff on ALO's product, community, and culture
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café)
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment
• Maintain all front and back of house procedures per company policy
• Move constantly throughout the store, keeping it clean, safe, inviting, and running efficiently

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or use a ladder
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results individually and as a team

Schedule

Full-time: open availability 7 days/week, 32–40 hours. All employees must be available during Blackout period (American Thanksgiving week through first week of January).

Pay & Benefits
