What You'll Do

Sales & Service Leader

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and coaching team members
• Build client relationships daily and analyze reports to deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage

Business Leader

• Manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, and facilities
• Demonstrate business acumen and move dynamically on the retail floor

People Leader

• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers
• Lead recruiting, development, and performance feedback

Business Partner

• Collaborate with Operations and Visual Leads for cross-functional training
• Execute company operations directives and projects

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy, self-motivated, team-oriented

Schedule

Full-time, 32–40 hrs/week. Open availability including peak days and weekends. Must be available during Blackout period (Thanksgiving week through first week of January).

Pay & Benefits
