TWDC Store Representative (OPEIU)

About the Role

The TWDC Store Representative helps fellow employees navigate company resources and creates exclusive merchandise at the internal Disney employee store. This is a union position under the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU).

What You'll Do

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service; open and close registers
• Perform daily inventory counts, deposits, and change requests
• Restock and monitor inventory levels throughout each shift
• Receive, verify, and input new shipments into the POS system
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
• Aid customers in locating merchandise and processing special orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with cash-handling/register experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay & Benefits

$22.93/hour, plus medical, financial, and other benefits depending on level.
