Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations

About the Role

Corporate Treasury manages Disney's global liquidity and financial risk. The Treasury Operations team acts as an independent point of control for trade legitimacy and payment preparation across Treasury's hedging, debt-servicing, investment/liquidity, and collateral management activities. This full-time role reports to the Senior Manager of Treasury Operations.

What You'll Do

• Execute and oversee daily middle-office settlements and cash movements across debt, FX, interest rate swap, commercial paper, and money market transactions
• Lead the monthly netting process and support high-volume, mid-month processing
• Prepare daily settlement, position, cash, and mark-to-market reports; maintain trade documentation
• Oversee daily collateral management and margin exchanges with banking counterparties
• Perform SOX and internal control testing; analyze counterparty credit exposure
• Apply AI and workflow automation to settlement, reporting, and collateral workflows

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or similar roles
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; expert MS Excel proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Treasury or financial instruments background preferred
