Senior Financial Analyst, DET FP&A

About the Role

Disney Entertainment Television (DET) brings together a portfolio of world-class brands and platforms spanning streaming, broadcast, cable networks, content production, and business operations. The DET Financial Planning & Analysis team manages planning and forecasting across DET, including the Long-Range Plan, the Annual Operating Plan, and recurring forecasts. This role helps translate complex financial information into clear insights for leadership.

What You'll Do

• Support consolidation of the Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and recurring forecasts across DET
• Help manage planning-cycle execution — timelines, templates, deliverables, communications, and follow-ups
• Analyze forecast submissions and financial results to assess accuracy, identify trends, and surface risks and opportunities
• Partner with Finance, Controllership, and business teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
• Prepare executive presentations, financial summaries, and ad hoc analyses
• Improve financial models, reporting tools, and recurring processes, including the Company's new EPM tool

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or a related analytical field
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with financial systems, data visualization/reporting tools, and emerging AI-enabled technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field

Pay & Benefits

$104,800–$128,000/year base salary, plus bonus/long-term incentive eligibility and a full benefits package.
