Business Analytics & Intelligence Manager

About the Role

The Licensing Analytics team at Disney Consumer Products puts data assets to work and applies quantitative techniques to uncover insights about licensing partners, retailers, and consumers. This role sits onsite in Glendale, CA and reports to the Director, Licensing Analytics.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary analytics lead for the Retail & Marketing teams, with direct and indirect leadership of analytics and data partners
• Drive technical transformation: automate data loads, deploy self-service reports, define data architecture & governance
• Identify external data sources, reconcile data sets, and identify proxies where data availability is limited
• Build compelling dashboards and intelligence tools; develop decks that synthesize complex data into a clear story
• Develop fully automated data pipelines and analytical tools
• Collaborate with Technology partners to enhance data quality and governance
• Track AI/ML and robotic automation trends to identify process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles
• Experience leading the full lifecycle of analytic products, from requirements gathering to automation
• Strong project management skills

Pay & Benefits

$115,500–$154,800/year base salary, plus bonus/long-term incentive eligibility and a full benefits package.
