Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer for Integration & Test. This is a SkillBridge position open to active-duty service members within 12 months of separation. SkillBridge participants continue to receive military compensation -- no compensation from Northrop Grumman during the program. Full-time on-site.

SkillBridge Program

The Northrop Grumman SkillBridge Program is approved under DoD Instruction 1322.29. It offers military personnel up to 180 days of civilian work experience during their last 6 months of service, with potential for full-time employment at program completion. Open to all ranks and experience levels.

Eligibility: 180+ days active duty; within 12 months of separation or retirement; honorable discharge; completed TAPS/TGPS; attended ethics brief within last 12 months; unit commander written authorization.

What You'll Get To Do

• Synthesize customer requirements into system test solutions
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Design qualification strategies using Microsoft Word, Excel, DOORS
• Develop test scripts using scripting/MATLAB to automate test campaigns
• Assess performance of Navigation Systems and Mission Computers through data analysis
• Coordinate integrated testing activities

Basic Qualifications (Entry Level)

• BS in STEM + 2 years of related test experience OR MS in STEM
• MATLAB and analytical coding experience
• Systems engineering background/mindset
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance; US Citizenship required

Basic Qualifications (Principal Level)

• BS in STEM + 5 years OR MS + 3 years of related test experience
• Same technical requirements as above plus mentoring/teaching experience

Primary Salary Range: $91,800-$137,600/year (upon full-time conversion)
