About the Role

Sr. Project Manager, EPMO at Premier America's Chatsworth location, planning, managing, and delivering multiple medium-to-large, complex projects enterprise-wide while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are achieved.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, goals, and success criteria
• Apply appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) managing 4-5 concurrent projects
• Execute Agile ceremonies including sprints, planning, and retrospectives using Jira
• Manage change control, resources, and vendor relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Conduct project closures and capture lessons learned
• Mentor project teams and provide leadership direction
• Report status to senior leadership using appropriate metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• 6-8 years managing complex enterprise initiatives
• Experience in financial services or banking
• Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
