Personal Banker IV – Reseda

About the Role

Personal Banker IV supporting branch management at the Reseda branch (19315 Saticoy Street Unit A, Reseda, CA 91335), with accountability for deposit/loan growth, member services, business development, and operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Build member relationships emphasizing retention, loyalty, and exceptional service
• Supervise branch team members and ensure optimal performance
• Execute teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Maintain member privacy and cash/key security per branch procedures
• Process loan applications, open accounts, handle member service requests
• Meet sales goals through need-based selling and relationship management
• Resolve member complaints and inquiries promptly
• Balance daily transactions and complete end-of-day reports
• Maintain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) compliance under SAFE Act

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years branch banking experience
• Advanced credit union product/service knowledge
• Demonstrated sales and lending goal achievement
• Cash handling experience
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• NMLS license required
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay $30.27-$37.84/hour plus incentives
• Guaranteed $500/month for first three months
