Quality Analyst – Onsite

About the Role

QA Analyst supporting multiple Agile pods at Premier America's Chatsworth location (19867 Prairie Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311), advancing quality assurance to support the credit union's digital-first strategy.

What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans with stakeholders
• Execute manual, smoke, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across platforms
• Lead QA efforts across multiple Agile Scrum teams emphasizing automation
• Oversee user story validation and API/connector integration testing
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing support activities
• Implement risk-based testing strategies targeting high-impact areas
• Analyze defect data to identify weaknesses and improve coverage
• Refine QA processes based on retrospectives and post-release reviews
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend process enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years QA, automation, and manual testing experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Agile environment experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in Selenium, Postman, Jira, TestRail/Zephyr, and Bitbucket
• Jack Henry Symitar, Salesforce, and Digital Banking knowledge preferred
• QA certifications (ISTQB, Selenium, Postman) preferred
• Appium mobile testing framework knowledge beneficial
