Real Estate Loan Servicing Specialist – Chatsworth

About the Role

Real Estate Loan Servicing Specialist at Premier America's Chatsworth location (19867 Prairie Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311), performing general servicing and accounting functions on residential real estate loans, including those sold to investors.

What You'll Do

• Process loan reconveyances, participation reports, and HELOC draw stops
• Handle rate/payment changes, mortgage insurance reports, and member disputes
• Process payoff requests, subordination requests, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with FNMA, BNY Mellon, escrow companies, and internal departments to resolve loan servicing issues

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination systems, Fannie Mae systems, and CORE System
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understanding of mortgage processing, accounting, and credit union operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
