What You'll Do

• Establish and develop financial relationships with members while exceeding organizational targets
• Execute teller functions, open accounts, and process loan applications
• Handle cash, checks, coins, and currency with accuracy
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
• Promote credit union products through member interviews and educational outreach
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Sell cashier's checks according to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding member service track record
• Success meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Prior banking and cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask
• High level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy
