About the Role
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst for FinTech Product Delivery – EPM within Enterprise Technology. This is an estimated 12-month Project Hire position (no guarantee of permanent placement) based in Burbank, CA.
What You'll Do
- Translate business needs into product solutions and document business requirements
- Participate in functional and technical design sessions; build business models
- Create documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, demos)
- Execute testing including test scripts, test results, and defect triage
- Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, and delivery managers
Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP experience with 3+ years supporting finance systems and projects
- Experience with finance business processes, Business Architecture methodologies, and agile SDLC
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent)
Pay & Benefits
$97,500–$125,500/yr · Full-time (12-month project hire) · Burbank
