Senior Manager, Production Sourcing

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Production Sourcing is a key member of the NBCUniversal Group Procurement Organization, responsible for leading sourcing initiatives across below-the-line physical production categories. This role serves as a strategic and executional partner to Production, Finance, and Legal, driving cost optimization and supplier strategy across television, film, and streaming productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives to deliver measurable cost savings across production categories.
• Develop and execute supplier strategies for below-the-line physical production needs.
• Lead complex negotiations with production vendors and service providers.
• Ensure alignment to enterprise sourcing strategies while supporting real-time production needs.
• Partner with Production, Finance, and Legal to manage vendor contracts and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key production suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience in entertainment, film, television, or media production preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing spend data, managing budgets, and delivering cost savings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year.
