Entertainment Coordinator

About the Role

The Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the EVP, Production and an additional executive within Universal Global Television (UGT). This role serves as a key partner in managing day-to-day priorities, ensuring seamless coordination across a fast-paced global production organization. The Coordinator regularly interacts with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, production teams, studio partners, network and platform stakeholders, talent representatives, and external producers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to UGT executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, meeting scheduling, and general office administration.
• Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders including production teams, studio partners, networks, platforms, and talent representatives.
• Support production-related activities and business operations as directed by executives.
• Handle highly confidential materials and information with discretion.
• Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and help drive efficient execution of business and production activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of entertainment experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

This is a hybrid role (minimum 4 days in office per week). Salary: $56,000–$65,000 per year.
