Senior InfoSec IAM Analyst

About the Role

The position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across systems and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and embedding security into daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain security controls across network, endpoint, server, cloud, and identity platforms
• Configure security tools including EDR/XDR, network security controls (firewalls, segmentation, IDS/IPS)
• Monitor security alerts and investigate suspicious activity
• Participate in incident response, forensic data collection, and evidence preservation
• Develop and implement the enterprise IAM framework for role-based access management
• Document technical controls in an audit-ready manner
• Support compliance activities related to identity and access management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
• Security certification required: ISC2 Cybersecurity (CC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC, or Security+
• Minimum 5 years in information security engineering with access management framework experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, and network infrastructure
• Knowledge of financial services technologies (e.g., Jack Henry)
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO, and CIS Controls frameworks
• Cloud security experience (Azure & AWS)

Schedule

Full-time, on-site in Chatsworth, CA. Must work bank hours daily on-site.

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay: $96,000–$120,000 annually
