Licensed P&C Insurance Agent - Base plus earned Commission

About the Role

Premier America Credit Union seeks a dynamic, licensed Home/Auto Insurance Agent to drive insurance sales and service for credit union members while maintaining high service standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage insurance sales, referrals, and leads following company procedures
• Qualify, Quote, and Bind coverage for the insurance products offered by the credit union
• Process policy changes, endorsements, inquiries, and payments
• Maintain understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and credit union compliance requirements
• Document all member interactions in agency management systems
• Pursue cross-sell opportunities and policy retention goals
• Respond to carrier underwriting memos by required deadlines
• Track and report activities including sales, referrals, and training completion

Requirements

• Active P&C insurance license (current and judgment-free)
• High school diploma minimum
• Industry experience and terminology knowledge
• Strong sales abilities and interpersonal skills
• Solid presentation skills, with professional verbal and written communication
• Spanish bilingual proficiency (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills

Schedule

Full-time, based in Chatsworth, CA.
