Quality Analyst

About the Role

Premier America Credit Union seeks a QA Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving the Quality Assurance function forward while supporting multiple Agile teams and ensuring software reliability.

What You'll Do

• Executes comprehensive QA processes including manual, regression, and automated testing
• Designs and executes comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Conducts smoke, functional, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile platforms
• Leads QA efforts across Agile Scrum teams with focus on automation
• Oversees user story validation and UAT support coordination
• Implements risk-based testing strategies, focusing on high-usage and critical functionalities
• Analyzes defect data to identify weaknesses and improve test coverage

Requirements

• 5+ years QA experience in manual and automated testing
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Agile environment experience and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong regression and API testing background
• Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, Jira, and TestRail/Zephyr

Preferred:

• Jack Henry Symitar, Salesforce, or Digital Banking system knowledge
• QA certifications (ISTQB, Selenium, Postman)
• Mobile testing framework experience (Appium)

Schedule

Full-time or part-time, on-site — Chatsworth, CA (91311).

• Base pay: $75,000–$90,000 annually
