Business Intelligence Product Manager

About the Role

The BI Product Manager oversees enterprise dashboards, analytics delivery, and reporting standardization while leading a BI Analyst team and partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Leads the implementation of standardized KPIs, metric definitions, and data governance practices
• Mentors the BI Analyst team with performance feedback and development opportunities
• Oversees dashboard and report design using modern BI tools
• Manages transition from legacy to modern, automated reporting systems
• Integrates predictive analytics to support proactive business decisions
• Promotes data literacy and self-service reporting adoption
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups)
• Serves as escalation point for data quality and prioritization issues

Requirements

• 5–7 years in BI/analytics/reporting with minimum 2 years in leadership or product owner capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake and Tableau
• Experience delivering intuitive dashboards
• Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership in Agile environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Financial services or credit union experience
• Agile certification or product owner training
• Familiarity with Jack Henry's Symitar, Lumin, Salesforce systems
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management

Schedule

Full-time.

• Base pay: $100,000–$120,000 annually
