Personal Banker IV – Warner Center

About the Role

Personal Banker IV supporting branch management at the Warner Center branch (6020 Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA), with emphasis on deposit and loan growth, member services, business development, and operational management.

What You'll Do

• Build member relationships focused on retention and loyalty
• Supervise branch staff and ensure performance standards
• Execute teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Maintain member privacy and cash security compliance
• Process loan applications and handle account services
• Achieve sales and operational goals through need-based selling
• Resolve member complaints and inquiries promptly
• Balance transactions daily and complete end-of-day procedures
• Serve as designated Mortgage Loan Originator with SAFE Act compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years branch banking experience
• Advanced credit union product knowledge
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding advanced sales and lending goals
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
• NMLS license required
• Supervisory/management experience preferred

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm; Friday 9am-6:30pm; Saturday 9am-1pm

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay $30-$37/hour plus incentives
