About the Role

Premier America Credit Union seeks an experienced advisor to establish, develop and retain relationships with members to help meet their financial goals. This position bridges teller and platform duties while focusing on revenue growth and member satisfaction. Location: Woodland Hills, CA (6020 Canoga Avenue).

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain deep financial relationships with members
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current members across various situations
• Transition flexibly between teller and platform roles as needed
• Identify member needs and promote relevant products/services
• Process senior teller, operational, and account management transactions accurately
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash accuracy
• Open deposit accounts and resolve member issues
• Assist with Safe Deposit box access and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years banking experience
• Track record of outstanding member service
• Demonstrated success meeting established goals
• Lending experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Capable working independently and collaboratively in sales-focused environments

Schedule

Full-time.
