Personal Banker III

About the Role

Premier America Credit Union seeks an experienced Personal Banker III to establish and develop financial relationships with members. This role combines advisory functions with operational banking duties, requiring flexibility between teller and platform responsibilities while driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Establishing, developing and retaining deep financial relationships with members to meet organizational goals
• Professional communication with prospective and current members across various situations
• Seamless transition between teller line and platform work as part of collaborative team efforts
• Cross-selling appropriate products and services while meeting sales targets
• Processing full range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions accurately
• Daily transaction balancing and cash verification
• Opening deposit accounts, resolving issues, and managing account maintenance
• Assisting members with Safe Deposit box access

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years banking experience
• Track record of outstanding member service
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding established goals
• Lending experience required
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities; capable in relationship-focused sales environments

Schedule

Full-time, Burbank, CA.
