About the Role

Personal Banker III at the Burbank Hollywood Way branch (521 N Hollywood Way Ste E, Burbank, CA 91505), establishing and developing member relationships aligned with financial goals.

What You'll Do

• Establish and retain deep financial relationships with members
• Communicate professionally with prospective and current members
• Transition between teller and platform roles to maximize revenue
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products/services
• Execute senior teller and account management transactions
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash accuracy
• Open deposit accounts and resolve member issues
• Assist with Safe Deposit box access

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years banking experience
• Track record of outstanding member service
• Proven success meeting/exceeding established goals
• Lending experience
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable multitasking
