Personal Banker II – Reseda

About the Role

Personal Banker II at the Reseda branch (19315 Saticoy Street Unit A, Reseda, CA 91335), an experienced advisor establishing, developing, and retaining member relationships to help members meet their financial goals.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain deep financial relationships with members
• Perform teller and referral functions, open accounts and process loan applications
• Accurately count cash, checks, and package coins and currency
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash accuracy
• Promote and educate members on credit union financial products based on their needs
• Execute teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Sell cashier's checks following company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding member service track record
• Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Banking experience required
• Cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, team collaboration capability
• A significant level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy required
