About the Role

Premier America Credit Union seeks an experienced Personal Banker II to establish, develop, and retain relationships with members to help meet their financial goals. This full-time position emphasizes relationship-building and sales growth.

What You'll Do

• Manages member financial relationships and exceeds departmental objectives
• Processes teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Opens new accounts and loan applications to drive growth opportunities
• Accurately counts cash, checks, and packages coins and currency
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals
• Educates members about credit union products based on individual needs
• Executes cashier's checks and robbery procedures per policy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Banking and cash handling experience
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Strong "people" skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Customer service excellence and relationship-focused sales capability

Schedule

Full-time, Chatsworth, CA.
