This role coordinates admitting and clerical duties for efficient processing and scheduling of outpatients, providing communication with patients and visitors.

What you'll do

• Greet, receive, and escort patients/visitors; answer multiple phone lines
• Receive, interpret, verify, and process physicians' orders
• Admit/discharge daily patients and create charts
• Identify patient insurance status and benefits; collect co-payments
• Assist in scheduling appointments and departmental reservations

Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree in business, healthcare, or computer science preferred

Schedule

Day Shift, Full Time.
