Supervisor, Laboratory - Full Time, Night Shift

Nestled between Burbank and Pasadena, Adventist Health Glendale is one of the area's leading healthcare providers — a 515-bed hospital with urgent cares, home care services, and comprehensive cardiology care across the San Fernando Valley. This role ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of core lab departmental operations, including supervision, training, and quality control.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise laboratory personnel; provide technical expertise and performance evaluations
• Manage daily lab operations, supplies, and inventory
• Study and report on lab quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA)
• Develop and document laboratory policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, FDA, CAP, Joint Commission, AABB, and OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred
• Five years' technical experience preferred; Clinical Lab Scientist hospital experience preferred
• CLS licensure and MT certification preferred

Schedule

Full-time, Night Shift.
