Supervisor, Diagnostic Imaging - Full-Time Day Shift

About the role

Supervises the daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department — patient services, personnel, scheduling, finance, and equipment — ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

What you'll do

• Coordinate all technical operations of the diagnostic imaging department, prioritizing emergent procedures and minimizing wait/turn-around times
• Supervise imaging personnel: recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Manage quality assurance and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards
• Assist in strategic resource planning and manage department budgets
• Research and recommend new technologies and equipment

Requirements

• Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, or equivalent experience: Preferred
• Five years' registered technologist experience: Preferred
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB certification: Required
