Operations Associate (Part-Time) — Westfield Topanga

About the Role

The Operations Associate is critical to the store team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.

What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with General/Store Manager
• Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business, team, and guest needs
• Assist with product flow, visual merchandising placement, and daily replenishment
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively

Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or use a ladder
• Self-motivated, team-oriented

Schedule

Part-time: up to 30 hrs/week, minimum 4-hour shifts. Must be available during Blackout period (Thanksgiving week through first week of January).

Pay & Benefits
