Noncredit Life Skills Adjunct Instructor - Soft Skills/Workforce Readiness

The Noncredit Business and Life Skills Division at Glendale Community College is seeking an engaging, student-centered Adjunct Instructor to teach noncredit soft skills courses including Customer Service, On-the-Job Communication, and 21st Century Employment Strategies.

Courses are offered in-person and/or online and are designed to equip students with the practical skills employers demand today.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree related to the subject of the course taught, OR
• Master's degree in any discipline AND two years of occupational experience related to the subject, OR
• Bachelor's degree AND four years of occupational experience related to the subject, OR
• For apprenticeship courses: minimum qualifications as specified in Title 5 section 53413, OR
• Master's degree in any discipline AND a clear California Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching Credential authorizing instruction in the subject matter

Pay & Benefits

$82.33–$93.50/hr.
