The Noncredit Business and Life Skills Division is currently accepting applications for part-time Lifelong Learning Seminar Instructors to teach older adults select enrichment classes. Examples of courses (but not limited to): Fitness, dance, movement; Computers/smartphones; Memoir Writing; Film appreciation; Art appreciation.
Minimum Qualifications
Option A:
- Bachelor's degree with a major related to the subject of course taught, AND
- 30 hours or 2 semester units of coursework in understanding the needs of the older adult (may be completed concurrently during the 1st year of employment), OR
- One year of professional experience working with older adults
Option B:
- AA Degree with a major related to the subject of the course taught, AND
- 2 years of occupational experience related to the subject, AND
- 60 hours or 4 semester units of coursework in understanding the needs of the older adult (may be completed concurrently during the first year of employment)

Pay & Benefits
$79.98–$90.60/hr.
