About the Role
The Universal Television Entertainment team is seeking a strategic and culturally fluent brand marketer to join our Marketing Strategy team, supporting the evolution and activation of Peacock's long-term brand strategy across campaigns, partnerships, platform experiences, and cultural moments. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy, the Manager will help shape how Peacock's brand shows up across the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to brand strategy development and help ensure all work aligns with Peacock's positioning and reflects cultural relevance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign development, platform experiences, and cultural activations.
- Help activate brand strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Collaborate with Programming, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams.
- Track brand health metrics and contribute to insights-driven strategy refinements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of brand marketing, marketing strategy, or integrated marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of cultural trends, audience behaviors, and streaming landscape.
- Experience in a consumer-facing brand or media/entertainment company preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year.
