About the role

Northrop Grumman in Woodland Hills, CA seeks an Industrial Security Manager 2 / Physical Security Manager to lead all physical security operations at the Woodland Hills site, managing 27 direct-report security professionals. Active Secret clearance required. Travel ~10%.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily operations of proprietary and contract guards and receptionists
• Coordinate and administer security and fire alarm systems, testing, and records management
• Manage visitor control (ESIS), property control, Detex and security patrols, and ERT coordination
• Oversee Foreign visitor coordination and asset protection oversight
• Execute physical security labor and capital budget
• Lead Emergency Preparedness / Contingency Planning
• Conduct preliminary property-related investigations

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• 8+ years of physical/industrial security experience with Bachelor's; 6+ years with Master's (4 additional years of experience may substitute for degree)
• Strong team building and communication skills; U.S. citizenship; travel up to 10%

Preferred: Bachelor's degree; ASIS CPP or PSP professional certification

Pay & benefits

$133,100–$199,700/yr. Full-time, on-site Woodland Hills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and annual bonus.
