Business Management Analyst

About the role

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Woodland Hills, CA seeks a Business Management Analyst to support the Legacy Navigator programs within the Navigation and Cockpit Systems Business Unit. On-site, 9/80 schedule. No clearance required. Travel ~10%.

What you'll do

• Provide financial support and analysis to program managers, CAMs, and business managers
• Analyze cost data and prepare program financial reports covering cost incurrence, material tracking, and labor expenses
• Support cost estimate development, invoicing, customer proposals, negotiations, and audits
• Forecast financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Labor Resource Plan
• Perform EVM tasks: develop performance measurement baseline (PMB), forecast Estimate at Complete (EAC), control change management, and prepare status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, or adjacent field) from accredited institution
• 2+ years of financial work experience
• Basic understanding of Government Compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, VBA macros)
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%; U.S. citizenship required

Preferred: SAP, COGNOS, or similar ERP; data mining experience; Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, or Telecom background; EVM/COBRA experience

Pay & benefits

$75,800–$113,800/yr. Full-time, on-site Woodland Hills (9/80 schedule). Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, education assistance, and annual bonus.
