Your New Role

The Compliance Manager role will manage the compliance, product safety, and regulatory strategy, policies, and procedures for Warner Bros Tours and Retail group within the Burbank Hollywood Tour across multiple IPs. The role focuses on product compliance within multiple product categories within the product development process, ensuring the product selected is safe and globally compliant with testing and labeling regulations.

This will be achieved through working alongside creative, buying, and sourcing teams, engaging with suppliers to use supply chains and materials of the highest standard, be compliant with local legislation, and ensure appropriate testing and labeling is completed.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Review product testing, technical files, and labeling for Burbank-developed products, ensuring the process is robust and effectively managed.
• Manage and track the on-boarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance requirements are clearly communicated.
• Identify compliance risks and ensure appropriate corrective action plans are in place.
• Work with Global Compliance leadership to deliver continuous improvements to the compliance program.
• Serve as point of contact for regulatory inquiries related to product safety within the US market.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in product compliance, product safety, or regulatory affairs.
• Excellent technical knowledge of product safety and US regulatory requirements.
• Experience working across product development processes with creative and sourcing teams.
• Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Range: $86,800–$161,200 per year.
