Warner Bros. Discovery Sports is seeking a Staff Product Designer to create user experiences for sports media products. This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
About the Role
You will design user-centered experiences across WBD Sports digital products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring concepts from research through launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for sports streaming and digital products
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Contribute to defining the visual and interaction language for WBD Sports products
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile design principles
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for sports, streaming, or entertainment products
- Experience with design systems
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS)
Salary Range
$129,500–$240,500/year (range reflects different experience levels). Benefits include health coverage, 401k, and WBD employee discounts.
