Leasing Professional — Next on Lex and Brio

About the Role

This position coordinates the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Located at Next on Lex and Brio (699-unit community, Glendale, CA).

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (subject to change) Housing Discount: 20% housing discount available

What You'll Do

• Perform all sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screening, criminal background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any outstanding maintenance with the maintenance team
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions; develop short- and long-term marketing plans
• Design and execute marketing activities (resident referrals, employer outreach, social media, Craigslist)
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities
• Ensure show units and common areas meet company standards for show quality
• Execute lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters, meet with renewing residents in advance of move-out dates
• Respond quickly to resident and client concerns

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience (multifamily leasing strongly preferred)
• Experience with Essential/affordable housing programs, income qualification, and compliance documentation highly preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits

$21.00–$23.00/hr (Glendale, CA). Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 15 days vacation + 4 personal days + 10 sick days + 11 paid holidays, 401(k) with 6% company match, paid parental leave, onsite housing discount.
