Temporary Leasing Professional

About the Role

Greystar, the largest apartment operator in the United States, is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional for Vale at The Alcove in Woodland Hills. This position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Property: Lease-Up | 173 units | Weekend availability required, 9am–6pm

What You'll Do

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct community tours and show apartments
• Process applications, conduct credit screening and criminal background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions; develop and implement marketing plans
• Design and execute marketing activities including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data
• Ensure community and show units meet Greystar's show quality standards
• Follow up with prospects and residents; manage lease renewal program

Requirements

• 1–2 years of leasing experience
• Affordable Housing experience required
• Valid driver's license (to operate a golf cart on property)
• Weekend availability; flexible hours including evenings and holidays

Schedule & Pay

Temporary position. On-site at Vale at The Alcove, Woodland Hills. Weekend availability required; 9am–6pm. Salary range: $26.00–$28.85/hr. Benefits include Employee Assistance Program and paid sick time.
