About the Role

Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a 438-unit Greystar apartment community in North Hollywood. Tuesday–Saturday schedule; 1–2 years of leasing experience and Entrata familiarity required.

What You'll Do

• Conduct leasing activities: qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications, credit/background checks, prepare lease packages
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance
• Develop and execute marketing plans and resident referral programs
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction
• Execute lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters, contact renewing residents, finalize documents

Requirements

• 1–2 years of leasing experience
• Familiarity with Entrata
• Valid driver's license (to operate golf cart on property)
• All licenses/certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$22/hr (North Hollywood, CA)
