About the Role
Lead Analyst, Marketing Data Product on the Performance Marketing arm of Disney's Enterprise Media and Marketing team — a cross-functional team of marketers, software engineers, data scientists, and analysts executing highly data-driven marketing campaigns.
You'll facilitate the delivery of our product roadmap, helping plan and execute campaign planning tools, complex data science workflows, and web applications that blend Disney's advertising creativity with data-backed insights.
What You'll Do
- Maintain product roadmaps for Performance Marketing tools; drive progress towards goals
- Be the subject matter expert and owner for the majority of performance marketing datasets
- Build and improve data pipelines alongside data engineering
- Conduct high-level product and project management: create and track initiatives, write and approve technical user stories, coordinate cross-team efforts
- Collaborate with software and data engineers to improve existing processes and build new ones
- Refine how we communicate data and insights — simplify and expand dashboards and solutions
- Facilitate UX/UI requirements for wireframes and design elements
- Leverage AI and LLMs to build prototypes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Analytics, Ad Tech/Media Analytics, or technical Product Management
- Advanced expertise with SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Experience with workflow tracking tools (e.g., Airtable)
- Familiarity with data and software engineering processes; knowledge of Python or similar languages
- Knowledge of ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Innovid, and DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking, and implementation
- Experience with Spark and big data processing
- Experience building full-stack applications
Pay & Benefits
$141,900–$190,300/year. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided in addition to full medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
