Global Supply Chain Program Manager

Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This leadership role drives supply chain strategy and execution for major aerospace and defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain execution for a complex program portfolio, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance commitments are met
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve supplier issues
• Develop and implement supply chain risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and finance teams to align supply chain with program objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and reduce total cost of ownership
• Prepare and present supply chain status to senior leadership and customers

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field with 8 years’ experience, or Master’s with 6 years
• Experience in supply chain management for government/defense programs
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business or Supply Chain
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Active Secret or TS clearance

Salary Range

$175,400–$263,200/year
