Compensation

$200,000/yr ($8,333.33 semimonthly)

What You'll Do

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Direct and lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the FP&A team
• Monitor and report on financial trends, KPIs, and variances
• Support long-term strategy, M&A, and capital planning

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Oversee the annual budget and align it with Agency goals
• Maintain rolling 3–5 year forecasts
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for CDSS contracts and grants
• Partner with Accounting and Controller on reporting automation

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers
• Create reports and dashboards for leaders and stakeholders
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis

Business Partnering

• Build strong cross-functional relationships with leaders
• Guide analysis of new initiatives and capital spending
• Partner with CFO and C-suite to improve financial visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 8–10 years of FP&A experience, including 6 years leading direct reports
• Expert financial modeling skills; AI/automation experience for FP&A
• Experience with planning software and ERPs (Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP, Workday)
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
