About the Role
Supervise the daily operation of quick service branded restaurants at NBCUniversal. Lead a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, and coaching skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise hourly staff and seasonal supervisory staff; provide work direction, performance reviews, and coaching
- Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, labor, and Union regulations
- Complete team member schedules, FOH & BOH operational checklists, and sanitation checks
- Maintain projected labor budgets and adjust operations as needed
- Lead workforce planning, recognition programs, and employee events
- Act as Environmental Health & Safety Team representative
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume food service, managing 10+ employees
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and food Point of Service systems (EATEC & Clarity)
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
Preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration
- Theme park experience
- Experience managing in a union environment
Pay
$27–$30/hr | On-site | Full-time
