Facilities Information Systems Manager (Archibus, Maximo)

About the Role

The Facilities Information Systems Manager manages all aspects of the NBCU Enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) — Archibus — and related connected Information Systems, supporting space management, move management, work orders, inventory, asset management, and purchasing functions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as primary administrator for the Archibus IWMS: system configuration, security, user permissions (domestic and international)
• Configure, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements
• Lead user acceptance testing and production deployments
• Develop user training and documentation to maximize adoption
• Partner with Office Services on space management, occupancy planning, and move management
• Collaborate with Maintenance/Repair/Operations and Service Center teams

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing complex technology platforms (Archibus, Esri, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to map system fields for interface management
• Proven analysis skills using Smart Client, Excel, and IT tools
• Required on-site (full-time at NBCUniversal worksite)

Nice to Have

• 5+ years experience managing IWMS or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Pay & Benefits

On-site. Salary: $90,000–$125,000 (bonus eligible). Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
