Compensation

$88,064/yr ($3,669.33 semimonthly)

Essential Duties

• Program Oversite & Supervision (45%)
• Documentation, Compliance & Reporting (30%)
• Program Operations & Collaboration (25%)

Additional responsibilities: team building, oral and written reports, reviewing health/dental records for enrolled children, providing nursing consultation to ECL families, training Early Care staff on child health conditions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in care coordination/case management for populations with SMI, SUD, or child welfare involvement
• Licensure: Current active RN license from California Board of Registered Nursing
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
• Travel: Up to 25% within Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties
• Schedule: Full-time, M-F with occasional non-traditional hours
