Contact Center Service Specialist – Chatsworth

What You'll Do

• Ensure member service functions meet established policies and security standards
• Identify members before disclosing account information
• Address member concerns and provide excellent service experiences
• Educate members on relevant products and services
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve issues
• Assist with Live Chat, Chatbot, and secured message requests
• Conduct outbound calls and mentor new team members
• Cross-sell credit union products, with advanced understanding of IRA products

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience
• Knowledge of credit union policies and products
• Experience with account management and transaction processing software required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Financial institution call center experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
