About the Role
Assist in the daily supervision of quick service branded restaurants at NBCUniversal. Execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise hourly staff and seasonal supervisory staff; provide work direction, performance reviews, and coaching
- Execute strategic plans with Restaurant Managers to optimize operational profits
- Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, labor, and Union regulations
- Maintain or exceed weekly budgeted variable operations (cost of goods, variable labor, safety)
- Adjust operations as necessary to budgets; manage cash flow trends
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
- Ensure proper hiring and training
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3+ years of quick service food management experience managing 20+ employees
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work rotating schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights
- Able to work outdoors and travel between multiple venues throughout the day
Preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration
- Theme park experience
- Experience managing in a union environment
Pay
$29–$32/hr | On-site | Full-time
